Friday Night ‘Fro: I’m Bout It
I had to come through for everybody for this edition of Friday Night Fro. B-Easy was going to bury this movie, but only the real will feel me on this one. This IS THE BEST MOVIE MADE BY A RAPPER. Hands down
Song of the Week: Pastor Troy – “No Mo Play in GA”
When I first heard of Pastor Troy and saw his debut album, I thought his image was a little cheesy. Who would take a rapper in a preacher’s robe seriously? Then I opened the CD and was blown away by the ruggedness and rawness of his music.
Song of the Week: Tre-8 feat. Master P – “Fright Night”
I had to dig deep in the crates for this joint; another No Limit joint for your ass. I can’t front people, I was once a No Limit fan too, and me being from the South I was riding with The Tank until they started to release anything to the general mass public.
Songs of the Week: Master P – “Bout It, Bout It Part 2″ + “Break ‘Em Off Something” & TRU – “Swamp Niggas”
I have to admit that I was once a “No Limit Soldier” like a lot of other people, but with me it was a little different. I really loved that Master P music. Master P is the reason the South took over the rap game in 1997 and never looked back.
Sean Price|Master P
Sean P returns with another offering (an “official” mixtape) is titled Master P. He features an old school Pen & Pixel cover that mimics Master P’s LP The Last Don. Mr. Price’s latest album comes on the heels of his last album Jesus Price Superstar
My favorite 3 hot songs at the moment, Master P is Supaman, Tecmo Bowl returns, Bone Thugs review response, UGK’s “International Players Anthem” video, A Pimpin’ Snooky, new Pam Grier wallpaper
What’s up people? It’s that time again where I go on and on about bullshit…but I know y’all love it anyway. It’s actually been an okay week for your boy though. Oh yea, before we get started, I wanna give a huge shot out to St. Louis.
