I’ve listened to two albums this past weekend while swimming through the ocean known as Aretha Franklin’s discography. I’m finally listening to City Girls’ PERIOD project; I am now a fan. I am also continuing my membership in the fandom of the band, The New Respects. The family quartet comprised of Fitzgerald siblings, twins Alexis, bassist, and Zandy, lead guitar, Darius, drums, and their cousin, Jasmine Mullen, lead vocals, released their debut album, Before The Sun Goes Down. One of my favorites from the 13 track debut is song numero tres, “What You Really Want”.
