Here’s a secret about me I’m going to share: I LOVE FOOD TRUCKS. On a surprisingly, warm, beautiful day in March, my favorite Dallas food truck venue, Klyde Warren Park, held a rally with over 20 different vehicle cooks. Took a seat on the lawn with my Asian Tacos (Ginger tofu for the vegetarian) and enjoyed their cover of Earth, Wind & Fire‘s classic “September” by the Party Machine Band. Full and exhausted, the home Wi-Fi connected with my phone and I remembered the event that everyone was waiting on that day.
