Instead of redoing a classic Christmas song or a Lionel Richie song, Ms. Day shows love to her contemporary peer and fellow 2016 Grammy nominee, Kendrick Lamar. “No Make Up (Her Vice)” from the highly revered Section 80 gets stripped down in production and has its vocal performance showcased even more.
