He already redid Beverly Hills 90210 with his acting work, so it makes sense for Mack Wilds recreate Do The Right Thing in the video for his latest single from his sophomore album scheduled for release later this year. Inspired by the buzz of his soundcloud release, “Bonnie and Clyde” and a starring role in VH1’s latest original movie, The Breaks, Mack’s “Love In The 90z” takes us back to the block where Radio Raheem and Mookie once roamed.
For someone like myself that falls behind on keeping up on R&B music, I can honestly say that I’m looking forward to see if he Mack Wilds can top New York: A Love Story with his next project if these are the caliber of songs I can expect.
