As a person who can count on his hands the amount of times he’s worn a suit, I fuck the song and music video for Jidenna‘s “Classic Man”. It’s a video full of nice, beautiful, well dressed Black people who are also helping the community. After watching twerk videos and Plies’ Instagram, it’s good to see stuff like this. Plus the song is catchy as hell.
Jidenna is signed to Janelle Monáe’s Wondaland Records and “Classic Man” will be on the upcoming Wondaland compilation album.
