It’s about time we got a funny movie about race relations in post-Obama modern America, and it seems like Dear White People may be that movie. I been waiting on this since hearing about the movie getting funded on Indiegogo, doing well at the Sundance Film Festival (winning the Simien the U.S. Dramatic Special Jury Award for Breakthrough Talent), and more importantly, when Short-T put it on his Top 10 Most Anticipated Films of 2014 list.
