Talib, the rapper that Jerm describes as audio Ambien, is back with a song that may have Jerm recant that remark. “Upper Echelon” is a much more uptempo and sonically frenetic song than we’ve come to expect. What I love though is the raw hop hop feel and attitude that Talib is bringing lyrically. He’s callin’ folks out…if your rap…and you suck….be offended. Prisoner of Conscience drops later this year and the video is a Harry Fraud production.
