Armed with only a taser and GoPro camera, Darrien Long is cleaning up the streets aisles of Atlanta’s Metro Mall one thug at a time. You know who Darrien Long is right? He’s the security guard in the POV video where he tasered an unruly mother in front of her kids (I saw this on Monday). While the video truly embarrassed me, Michele Obama, and Black people everywhere, I had to watch it 50 times because, well, you just have to. You can only catch the little things with multiple viewings; like the little kids calling the security guard gay or that fact that almost all of the black men in the video were wearing tank tops.
Much to my surprise, this wasn’t the only video. Darrien Long records shit like this all the time. The only question now is who’s gonna give him the reality show deal? TruTv, the ball is in your court now.
