FINALLY, the +FE has come back, to nappyafro! …sorry, Royal Rumble was just yesterday so cut me some slack. One of our favorite crews is dropping the +FE Music: The Reworks remix compilation. It will be 2 discs and is being used to set up the upcoming Love In Flying Colors album. As if that wasn’t enough, the Reworks album will featured a bevy of remixes by Nicolay, ?uestlove, Zo! and feature the usual suspects like Phonte, Kenna, Zo!, D-Brock, and many more. I’m hyped about anything they do and I could go on, but let’s focus on this first release.
“So What If It Is” has a bit of a throwback electronic vibe to it. For this one, Nicolay handles the production and Phonte is on his usual. Take a listen and let me know what you think.
