Follow us @saulewright @nappyafro and @GQ_Blu and use #frocast for the show. Let’s make this a trending topic fronation.

Continuing in the spirit of progression, Jerm decided to let the young boy shine while he went to save some kids from a burning building. It’s just GQ and myself this week and we try to bring a little info this week. No worries, we talk about sports to kick off the show and you get another installment of the HOHN Music break. From there, we kinda go on a mini ramblefest about Django, Obama and blackness. I blame GQ, because he’s the smart one so it’s his fault. Oh, we do talk about this guy too….wtf was he thinking? Anyway, enjoy the ride…and maybe we spark some good conversation from the nation.

Saule Wright *the "e" is silent* is a chill cat that loves his Hip-Hop and R&B music. At times, he may throw in a few extra words here and there in his reviews, but he makes an effort to comment on the track, the lyrics, and other elements in each song when doing nappyafro's legendary track by track process. If he's not wandering around nappyafro.com trying to spark conversation, you'll find him either on soulections.com or twitter doing the same. Respected by many, disrespected by many, and respectful of both.

Good talk about Django Unchained here. I wonder how it would have been if Will Smith didn’t pass on the lead role.

A great and interesting episode of the frocast. Great and crazy segment on sports. The situation about Manti Te’o and the girl hoax is just weird and ridiculous to me. Interesting segment about the Django movie, what Spike Lee thought about the movie, doing a poll of Spike’s Good/Bad movies, and making a point while mentioning movies like Menace II Society, Boyz N the Hood, and Juice. The whole topic about the pastor and child pic is just a WTF written all over this situation. What was he thinking when he posted on Instagram the pic, but went on to say the pic wasn’t meant to be seen? But like I said, this was a great and interesting episode. And for the HOHN, the first 2 songs I’ll say are hits, while the last one is definitely a Hell Naw.

I liked the Frocast this week. The topics were on point.I think a more serious angle can and should be included in the format.Just have your facts straight and reference where people can look up the info for themselves.Shout out to Saule Wright for the Rapsody album pick.It is a dope album.Maybe you guys can cover the underground artist a little more because the mainstream has become very repetitive. Thanks for the reviews.I use them as my gauge on choosing what albums to check for and I wish you guys good luck this year.I would hate to see this site go away due to lack of support.Respect!!
