Nas Interview With Peter Rosenberg [Video]

B-Easy March 29, 2012 1

Nas doesn’t necessarily give the liveliest interviews, but hey it’s Nas; he doesn’t really have to. It seems that Peter Rosenberg was trying to be extensive with the questions, but then again it also feels like Nas was high and/or drunk as hell (It’s still some gems here & there). Either way, this 30 minute interview, done during SXSW, is kinda something every Nasty Nas fan has to watch.

Sidenote: This is the interview where Nas says Jay-Z is savior if Hip-Hop (It’s towards the end). I agree.

Nas is definitely my dude but this interview wasn’t the greatest. He never made the best interviews during his whole career. It’s still good to hear him give props to Large Professor. Jay-Z isn’t hip hop savoir, the fans are! The ones who continue to buy those albums. Anyway back to the interviews…. DMX & 2Pac have the best interviews in hip hop and way more entertaining.
