After tearing down the BET Hip Hop Awards cypher with the rest of Shady 2.0, the Slaughterhouse machine strikes while the iron is hot and drops “The Illest” (Of course the song makes use the Biggie sample proclaiming the same thing). The production won’t blow you away but I don’t think that’s the point. This song gives room for Crooked I, Ortiz, Joe Budden, & Royce to flex lyrically and get you ready for the their sophomore album dropping next year.
