Jay-Z & Kanye West – “Otis” [Video]

Every since midnight on Monday, Watch The Throne has been the center of attention as well as the subject of a thousand debates. And that was before they even dropped a music video.

Kanye West & Jay-Z connect with director Spike Jonze on the music video for “Otis” and it’s pretty much you expect in term of luxury rap.

  • Hov & Ye take a blow torch and modify a very expensive Maybach to some Mad Max shit (I wonder what Ross thinks?).
  • Models lapping in up in the back seat during a joyride of doughnuts & figure-eights.
  • The American flag image that appeared on the “Otis” single artwork as well as in the Watch The Throne liner notes.
  • Fireworks.
  • Aziz Ansari cameo.

While the video reminds me of something Spike Jonze would do with the Beastie Boys, the visuals match the song. I like it.
