I remember seeing a video where Swizz Beatz was talking about trying to do “Stan 2” with Eminem for the Relapse album. Em didn’t want to do another “Stan” song so Swizz then did the song with Lil’ Wayne for his upcoming Haute Living album. I guess this may still be for Swizz’s album but he doesn’t have a verse here. It’s definitely not gonna be on Tha Carter IV.
The song isn’t bad but it’s already goon be compared to “Stan” since it share the concept and (sorta) storyline. That’s a hard act to follow seeing that “Stan” is a certified classic.
