The other day I made an announcement on Twitter that I had finally broken down and added Waka Flocka Flame’s “Hard In The Paint” to my iPod. I also cursed all the rappers who could have bodied this beat and could have replaced Waka’s verses instead (I still think his verse on “Shawt Bus Shawty” is legendary.). But while most of the songs I like contain lyrical wordplay, the Southerner in me can’t deny that this goes hard. Thank producer Lex Luger for that.
