    Even though Rocky is a crackhead but I bet he still have punching power, once a fighter know how to fight they may get rusty but they’ll still crack a regular joe. Here is his fight verse Roger Mayweather (Floyd Mayweather Jr Uncle and Trainer), Rocky won by knockout.
