If you follow the Certified Banger column, I bet you wasn’t expecting Rosa Acosta to leave with this year’s title huh? We actually never featured her but that doesn’t mean we didn’t see her. From Drake’s “Best I Ever Had” to Mike Posner’s “Drug Dealer Girl” to finally getting the cover of KING Magazine’s relaunch, 2009 was definitely a breakout year for Rosa.
