Song of the Week: Stress
I’ll be real. I f@cking hate Christmas time. Call me “Scrooge” or whatever, but most of the time during the holiday season, I’m broke, tired, and stressed out. And I think that’s the case with a lotta of us during this time of the year. So, if you didn’t already figure it out, this will not be the obvious Song of the Week post with X-Mas related songs, this is the one that gives you songs to (hopefully) relieve some stress. The first is Joell Ortiz & Novel going over Drake & Trey’s hit with “Stressful” (Off the upcoming mixtape Defying The Predictable). The second is the classic A Tribe Called Quest/Faith collaboration “Stressed Out” (Off 1996′s Beats, Rhymes And Life). Enjoy and calm down.

Goddamn! In the words of Urrsher, “You Got It Bad”… That’s a lot of damn work to do before break. This school shit be killin’ me sometimes, all this work is ridiculous like we don’t have stuff to do outside of school (parties, NBA TV, chicks, nappyafro…)
