I mean in terms of the battle. I am one of like three people that thinks Takeover is a better diss song than Ether, and that if Jay rose to the occasion he could’ve won. He should have came with something that was a mix of Blueprint 2 and Supa Ugly (minus the defeat line) instead of mumbling on Hot97 the day ether dropped.

Yes Nas did win. I was rooting for Nas the whole way. I remember when Stillmatic first dropped, I went to the store and bought that CD right when I got paid from work. “Stillmatic” could have been better but that “Ether” was definitely the shit especially when they sampled 2Pac saying “Fuck Jay-Z”.. Classic shit! I know B-easy think I’m a Jay-Z hater, I like Jay-Z but I listen to Nas a little more though.
