Jerms a hater! Jay definitely outclasses him a lot but if you ask a lot of ppl, teenagers, white ppl, and other hip hop bloggers alot they will tell you the opposite. the Jay hate has been on extreme since Kingdom Come, and its spearheaded by Jerm lol

Why should I believe this deal is going to fall in place? Didn’t he say the same thing about the Roc Nation deal? If he doesn’t take Jada, but keeps Bleek on the roster, I can’t call Jay a record exec. Except for the fact that he only puts HIS stuff out. But let me stop before I get accused of hating again!

I think American Gangster was classic, period. Definitely the best record of 2007. And your right: white people jock Kanye so hard it’s unbelieveable.

Yeah, Kanye is decent, but only reason I think he’s good is because he makes his own beats. Jay outclasses him by a lot.

American Gangster was probably the best album of 2007, since it didn’t have the best releases from all of the artists (Or was that 2006? The “King” And “Kingdom Come” (Both are amazing albums) Roc Boys, and a bunch of other songs still are in my ipod, even now. Course, every jigga album is in my ipod anyways, but thats the first I’ve ever listened too (I know, sad) Kanye West and Jay-Z, in my terms are both great artists, but I feel that Jay-Z’s gonna retire in another 4 or 5 years (Who’s ever heard of a 45 year older rapper), so Kanye West will take over his spot most likely. Or maybe someone else, but Kanye is kind of like Jay-Z’s protege somewhat.

Kanye’s great, but I will always put Jay over him. However unless this album has another single as horrible as love lockdown jay will never out sell him, white people and teenagers are on his dick. Shit, dmx and ja rule outsold jay, vol. 2 is his highest selling album and that only did 5x. His sales just dont match with the quality of his albums

AND

AMERICAN GANGSTER was hands down the best album of 2007, I personally think he would outsell Kanye if a showdown really did happen…but then YE might start going all crybaby.
