The song “The 8th Day” was real good. I enjoyed the concept of the song and the lyrics that Random presented. I wanted to hear the “Skit 1″ that you referred to and the other track “One”, but the provided links didn’t work (they all play “The 8th Day’). I’m going to try to obtain the album online though and hear the rest of the songs.

I checked out Random’s MySpace page and listened to some of the tracks from his previous releases and they were just as good especially “Raze The Bar (Remix)” and the Mega Man tribute song “Grow Up” (very unique song topic…nobody raps about videogames nowadays…it was great and I could relate). I’m gonna try to check him out live when he comes to Illinois next year, it should be great to see him perform.

Once again great article and selection Thic…Keep up the great work Random. Gotta keep supporting these underground Hip Hop artists and bring them to the light.
