Jay-Z Performs At Glastonbury (by B-Easy)
June 29, 2008 by nappyafro.com Staff

As many of you have probably already heard, Jay-Z performed at the 2008 Glastonbury music festival this weekend (That’s a small town in England people). Despite critics and Noel Gallagher, Jay-Z actually brought the house down. Jigga began the show strumming a guitar, rocking a scarf, and singing Oasis’ “Wonderwall” (Gallagher’s band). While King Jerm says he was biting Weezy’s current rocker infatuation (Hater!), I say it was a huge step for Hip-Hop. So, on this late Sunday night, sit back and watch this 30+ minute performance. Hova! Hova! (Oh yea, for the REAL Jay-Z fans, we also provided you with the audio from the performance available for download…enjoy)

He wasn’t tryna bite wayne’s style, more like sticking it to Oasis for protesting his participation in the festival
Jay is not biting Weezy! Why would he ever do that? He doesn’t have to; he was just dissing Noel Gallagher for saying they should have a guitar act.
So him coming out with Kanye’s glasses and scarf doesn’t bother you at all?
King Jerm is straight hating! Jay-Z performance was historic!!!!
I’m not downing the “historic” performance, I’m just saying that Jay is a lil too old to be dressing like the youngins!
All He Did Was Put On a Scarf And Some Glasses…It Really Is Not That Big Of A Deal Compared To The Performance At All…Just Because Someone Starts Something Doesnt Mean They Are The Only Ones That Can Do It…
Idk what the scarf was for but how are those Kanye glasses King Jerm?? They’re not venetians or w/e the stronger glasses are called, just look like regular shades to me lol. Hope we get a new album in the 4th quarter
