Yeah I agree with some people, Soulja Boy is doing his thang, and people shouldn’t hate on the young nigga. Personally me, I don’t like his shit, you wouldn’t catch me dead in the ride jamming at all. You’ll probably have to pay $100 to listen to one of his songs. Anyways I congratulate the young fellow for doing his thang, making money, and making stuff for the kids.

I disagree with Kanye on the Nas & Soulja Boy comparisons! Nigga is you stupid? Who in the hell told Kanye that shit? He been in hollywood a little too damn much to forget about the real shit, and real lyricists out there. How in the hell Soulja Boy compare to Nasir Jones?? That subject right there got me heated. Kanye could have said “I can’t hate on the young fellow, he is doing his thang” but instead he is going to compare the two.. Im really tripping about that line! They are nowhere near comparisons! When Nas was 17 years old on Main Source “Live At The Bar B-Q”, Nas was dropping some shit… Soulja boy isn’t doing that at all. Hes making his money, and everybody know he is nowhere near being a lyricist, not even a decent lyricist. People tend to forget that Record Sales don’t mean your a great lyricist or anything in the matter.

Truthfully Ice-T was wrong for that and his son was too, but this nigga Soulja Boy should find something new to do. Because is music is truly some garbage. alright, like I said, I’m with SB for doing his thing, but he is nowhere near Nas’ level. But on some real shit, we need another golden age for sure. I’m mean, I’m 16 and I when I look at Nas’ Illmatic and then look at Souljaboytellem.com, it’s a shame where we are at right now, and none of you can front on that.

And Ice-T is trippin’ for sure: when Bow Wow dissed Will Smith, even Big Willie understood he didn’t have to respond. How is someone so well known going to stoop that low!
