The SoundScan numbers are out and it looks like the fans actually backed someone whose worthy. Bun B’s II Trill lands at #2 on the Billboard 200. After all he’s been through, you can’t help but feel good for Underground King. Also this week, The Cool Kids make a small splash with their digital EP The Bake Sale while the Kidz In The Hall still can’t catch a break and are still not in the Top 200. Oh yeah, for all those e-mails and comments from those who had a problem with King Jerm’s review of the Killah Priest album, you all should of went and also bought Behind The Stained Glass, because it sold a dismal 840 copies last week. Look out for Usher’s new album Here I Stand to make noise a lot of next week. Without further ado let’s take a look at the Top 50…

840? See ya’ll didn’t go out and buy his album! All that talk about how this was his best work and his fans didn’t show up at the registers. HM sold over 100K in it’s first week, while this one didn’t even push a STACK! WWWWOOOOOWWWW! (like Flavor Flav)

whoa 840??? That’s really sad, especially since this guy was part of the wu-tang and that this is the first week of sales, meaning it all goes down from hereon (most of the time anyway). Dude is a pretty sick lyricist, though he needs better beats to match his ability. Too bad he’ll only end up selling a couple stacks at most.

On the otherhand cool that bun b is gettin somewhere, though I thought he’d move over 100k like his last one, but artists are selling less albums now, with the few exceptions of some.

You totally forgot the Flobots: their a hip-hop group that mixes indie rock with their music. They launched their way to #15 on the Billboard 200 after debuting at #186. You should give them a listen, especially their new hit single “Handlebars”, and no, just because it’s playing on rock radio too doesn’t mean its an excuse to ignore them.

Oh yeah, I just listened to the Killah Preist album, and you know what? it’s his worst album yet. The production is so bland, and the material, which I liked in his early days, is getting stale now. I’d give it a 2 or 2.5, sorry for spammin’ the review king jerm.
