What’s up people? It’s Sunday, I’m chilling. My computer has been acting like a punk lately so I’m still playing catch up with some posts. I don’t know if you all are familiar with Nicki Minaj. She is the first lady signed to Lil’ Wayne’s Young Money label (She kinda raps like Wayne a little to me; Ghostwriting?). Well, a few weeks ago she recreated Lil’ Kim’s famous Hard Core ad for her Sucka Free mixtape. What’d you guys think?
Imitation is a form of flattery. I think that it’s nothing more than that. That Lil Kim cover/poster is probably the most successful and memorable of all time. I wish we could have another emcee that wasn”t molded by the mens image again like we used to.

I like the Lil Kim one better; she looks likes shes in charge, and sexy at the same time. Nicki Minaj is sexy for sure, but she looks like some regular sexy girl licking a lollipop(lil wayne’s influence, no doubt). I’ll have to listen to her frist, but so far, she doesn’t give off the impression that this is some new female rapper to reclaim the glory from the men runnin’ this thing.
